Ratings and what they mean:
In the description of each unit you will see a number; this number is the unit "rating". We rate our units so that you, the guest, has an idea of what you can expect from your vacation. Factors include: First impression, lighting, condition of furnishings, condition of all flooring. Each category is rated individually and then the score is compiled to give us the final number. Below are what the scores mean:

  • 89-100 four or five star, deluxe or premium unit.
  • 79-88 three star or average rated unit.
  • 60-78 two star or economy unit.
