From the Pacific
Crest Trail for those looking for a longer hiking experience,
to local day hikes, the Eastern Sierra has a plethora of trails
to choose from. Drive up to Saddlebag Lake and take the ferry
across to the glaciers, or enjoy a jaunt up to Duck Lake.
Make sure, in any recreational activity, to bring lots of
water and take it easy. The altitude is definitely a factor
up here at 8,000 feet and higher.

on Main Street or at www.visitmammoth.com. You can also call
